  29. The problem "chunky vs planar" did born when "Amiga programmers" instead of
  30. analyzing how to use the 680x0 registers set, Blitter/Copper tricks, simply
  31. copied pEEEEEEcEEEEEE ( :-) ) methods, that were of course based on the very
  32. simple (as hardware design) 8bit chunky mode, and wrote the lamest "emulation"
  33. routines, called "c2p" (chunky to planar conversion).
  34. This is not what I call "Amiga programming".

  36. These same people now say that the Amiga must become a pEEcEE, because they
  37. became pEEcEE programmers, at the point to say that the copper is useless,
  38. as well as the independent bitplane pointers, the DDFSTRT/DDFSTOP tricks,
  39. the modulo tricks, the blitter, the sixteen 32bit internal 680x0's registers..
